About Us...

Seymours Knaphill opened in April 2010 and specialises in properties in Knaphill, Bisley, West End, Pirbright, Brookwood and St John’s.

Services offered are residential valuations and sales, lettings and advice on buy-to-lets.

The area is popular because of the excellent state schools with nursery, primary and secondary all near each other.

There are also fine sporting facilities with the large recreation ground, and good public transport.

Resident partners at Seymours Knaphill are Andrew White and Simon Stone who have been in estate agency for  some 44 years combined. Andrew has work all his life in West Surrey and therefore is an expert in the local villages, whilst Simon has gained a wealth of experience throughout surrey and overseas as an auctioneer.

I started working as an estate agent in 1995 following in the footsteps of many of my family members so estate agency is very much in my blood.  I opened the Knaphill branch in 2010 and have enjoyed working with the local community.  I enjoy spending my spare time with my family as well as watching football and movies.

Simon Stone – Partner

I am married with two young children who manage to keep me more than active as anyone with children will know. When I do get any spare time I enjoy walking, fishing and generally trying to keep fit.
